Abe Peck
Szymon blends stretching and kettlebell work with punches, kicks and sparring. Throughout, Szymon casts a watchful eye on attendees to ensure a safe yet vigorous workout. His encouraging – not bullying – tone spurs us on to dig deep and enjoy ourselves.
Bob Strong
The Fitness Program created and led by Szymon Brzozowski is especially beneficial for me because Szymon has training in physical therapy techniques. Applying this training and background, he has taught me exercises that help me develop strength in specific areas of my body. Practicing these exercises has helped me overcome some of my physical disabilities.
Meet Szymon Brzozowski
Instructor Simon Brzozowski is a competitive kickboxer and trainer who holds a Master’s Degree in physical therapy. He offers his education, experience and knowledge in the form of both individual and small-group classes to his students. Professional kickboxing instruction is also available for competition-level students.
