The Simon Training Philosophy uses kickboxing as a conditioning and fitness tool and also as a martial art.
Kickboxing is a form of martial arts derived from karate and western boxing. It borrows moves from multiple types of martial arts, including full-contact karate, muay thai and boxing. Although the name implies that kicking is the priority, this martial art uses both hands and feet as points of contact. Kicks and punches are both used during training.
Students acquire proficiency in kickboxing techniques including:
